What areas do you service?
The primary service area of Michelle’s Catering encompasses the Tri-State area, including New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. We are also available for weddings and special events outside of the area.
How much do you charge?
Our menus and services are completely customized for each special event, taking into careful consideration the desires and expectations of our clients. Please contact us to discuss your event and we will provide you a custom proposal and quote, with no cost or obligation.
Can you provide tables, chairs, plates, glasses, etc.?
Michelle’s Catering can arrange for all of the equipment and rental needs for your special event. We work with the area’s most innovative and trusted rental providers in the area, and will make the entire process seamless, worry-free, and cost-effective.

If you decide to arrange the rentals on your own, contact us to discuss the quantities, logistics and fees for setup and breakdown.

Does our venue need to have a kitchen?
Whether your venue has a full kitchen, a prep area, or no kitchen at all, we have the capability and equipment to make your event happen flawlessly.
Will you help me design a floor plan for my event?
We will work with you to design a layout for your event that incorporates your vision and facilitates a smooth flow.  We will review table sizes, location, guests per table, dance floor, food stations, and bar locations so that no detail is overlooked.
Do you visit our site prior to our event?
Because we regularly work at so many venues, a site visit by our team is not an absolute requirement; however, we find that many of our clients would like us to accompany them on a visit to the venue. We encourage this, and provide this service at no charge, as we have found that it is the best way for us to help you plan the flow and layout of your event.
I see that you also provide planning services. Do I still need my own planner or coordinator?
We work with the area’s best wedding and event planners and decorators on a regular basis, and together we strive to ensure the success of your special event.

We realize that not every client wants to engage an outside planner, so we offer a cost-effective alternative through our in-house planning and decor services. We offer a seamless experience from start to finish.

Can you help me find a venue for my event?
Over the years, we have provided exceptional catering and decor services at hundreds of venues throughout the Tri-State area. We can make recommendations based on your event size and desired ambiance to help you find the perfect venue for your special occasion.
Can you provide tables, chairs, plates, glasses, etc.?
Michelle’s Catering can arrange for all of the equipment and rental needs for your special event. We work with the area’s most innovative and trusted rental providers in the area, and will make the entire process seamless, worry-free, and cost-effective.

Can you refer me to other event professionals?
We can refer you to the best wedding and event vendors in the area, and we have listed several of our favorites here. No matter what type of product or service you are looking for, we can assist you in putting all the pieces together for an exceptional event.
Can you provide bartenders and alcohol?
We can provide bars, bartenders, and service staff for your wedding or special event. We can help you determine the appropriate beverage service, anything from passed champagne, to signature drinks, to a full bar. Liquor laws vary by jurisdiction, so contact us for details.
Can you provide reviews and references?

Do you arrange custom menus?
All of our menus are customized to meet the needs and desires of our clients. We have provided some sample menu items on our website, but that is just a starting point. When you select Michelle’s Catering, we will combine your dreams with our creativity and expertise to develop a menu that will please all of your guests.
Can you do food stations?
Yes, we offer a variety of station options. Whether you are looking for just one or two innovative stations to add to the fun of your event, or if you want your entire event to revolve around a variety of stations, we will work with you to make it happen.
Can you provide bartenders and alcohol?
We can provide bars, bartenders, and service staff for your wedding or special event. We can help you determine the appropriate beverage service, anything from passed champagne, to signature drinks, to a full bar. Liquor laws vary by jurisdiction, so contact us for details.
Do you provide Kosher and Glatt Kosher meals?
While we are not a Kosher caterer, we understand that there may be a need for Kosher meals at your event. In those cases, we have relationships with several establishments that can deliver Kosher meals to us. These meals will meet our high quality standards and will be discreetly provided to your guests.
Do you offer special meals for children and vendors?
Yes. We can provide special menu items for children and vendors. Ask us for details.
Are we allowed to prepare or provide our own food?
We understand that some of our clients might wish to provide items to be served at their event. While it might sound like a good idea to have your favorite aunt bring her delicious cupcakes, there are some liability issues and health code restrictions that are beyond our control. We encourage you to contact us to discuss the process.
